Hi everyone! Do you like chicken or Japanese-style curry? My chicken curry recipe might be a good one to try this week.

Chicken Curry
This is a variation of basic Japanese curry recipe, using chicken legs. If you have Japanese curry roux, it's easy to make. You don't need many ingredients to make this curry, and tenderly simmered chicken in this curry sauce is delicious.
