Super Bowl, Super Recipes
Those of you living in the US will know that this Sunday is Super Bowl Sunday - a time for football, friends, fun, and lots of food, particularly appetizers! From chicken wings, nuts and Crab Rangoon to lettuce wraps, paper wrapped chicken and spring rolls, these Chinese and Asian-inspired recipes are perfect for your Super Bowl gathering.

Tofu Mayonnaise
Made with creamy silken tofu, this makes a great substitute for standard mayonnaise in recipes. It's an excellent way to add protein and extra flavor to sandwiches or salads - you can even serve it as a condiment with tea eggs.

Yuanxiao Dumplings For the Lantern Festival
These sticky rice balls are traditionally served on the last day of Chinese New Year. Falling on Monday, February 6 in 2012, the Lantern Festival falls on the night of the first full moon in the new year.
