From Rhonda Parkinson, your Guide to Chinese Food

Crispy Szechuan Beef
This recipe uses the same cooking technique that is used to make Chinese green beans. Thinly sliced beef is "dry-fried" for 10 minutes, making the beef extra crisp, and then stir-fried with carrots in spicy seasonings. A reader gives this recipe 5 out of 5 stars.

Video: How to Make Egg Drop Soup
In this video chef Roble Ali shows how to make basic egg drop soup, including how to drizzle in and lightly beat the egg to form egg shreds, and provides a few tips on plating.

Pepper Steak
Here's an easy steak dish for Father's Day that's nearly fool-proof. Steak is paired with mushrooms, bell peppers and baby corn in a gravy made with soy sauce and beef broth. The recipe is designed to have lots of gravy to pour over rice.

King Do Spareribs - From Our Forum
Here is yet another sparerib recipe - spareribs are dipped in flour and deep-fried, then simmered in a sauce made with vinegar, hoisin sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Feel free to add a few slices of pineapple or tomato for added color and flavor.
