Potato Salad
The Potato Salad has become the side dish of choice for most cookouts. This is partly due to the versatility of the humble spud. There are nearly as many recipes for potato salad as there are people who prepare them.

Top 10 Inexpensive Cuts of Meat
Expensive cuts of meat tend to be the ones that are tender and can be cooked quickly and easily. This doesn't mean that you can't create a great meal with a cut that costs less. Barbecue and Grilling give you the ability to cook these cuts right and make something better than most any restaurant can turn out. These are the perfect meats for the grill or smoker that cost less but still make for a great cookout.

Santa Maria Barbecue
In the mid-19th century ranchers throughout the Santa Maria Valley gathered together to help each other brand their calves. The host of this event would put together a Spanish style feast. This meal typically included grilled beef roasts, beans, bread, salsa and salads. Over the years this tradition has grown and evolved to what it is today.

Review: Kebroak Charcoal
I don't typically do charcoal reviews. The guys over at the Naked Wiz do a great job with this and I'm just not willing to take the time to do the level of scientific measurements that they are. So when Sebastian offered me a bag of Kebroak Charcoal I was a little hesitant, but I took a 10-pound bag anyway.
