From Donna Pilato, your Guide to Entertaining
We've already been to a picnic, hosted a barbecue, been to a summertime potluck party, and taken our party to the beach. Summertime has arrived and I'm ready for a lot more fun. Luckily there are so many party possibilities for the season. Have an Entertaining week!

Summer Party Ideas
It's been so hot this week I've almost forgotten that my kids still have a few weeks of school left. So although I'm taking pity on them while they prepare for final exams, and finish up assignments and projects, I'm busily planning what to do with the upcoming summer weekends. These Summer Party Ideas are just the beginning of what I have planned until September. Okay girls, hurry up because summer is calling me!

TY KU Soju and a Cucumber Cocktail
I always love to try out new food, beverages and recipes that I can share with my friends and family when I entertain. It's fun to make a new discovery that I believe other people will appreciate too. Recently I was given the opportunity to try a spirit that I had never heard of before. It's called TY KU Soju, imported from Japan, and I gladly review it for you this week. Plus, I also share my favorite cocktail made with this liquor called Ty Chi. I think you'll like this refreshing summertime drink.

A Cocktail Idea for the Perfectly Ripe Peach
I was very surprised over the past week to find delicious ripe peaches in my local Whole Foods market. Peaches are probably my very favorite summer fruit when they are as perfect as these were. We've been enjoying them in our breakfast cereal and with our lunches. But I think this weekend it's time to turn these yummy fruits into a special champagne peach cocktail that only requires two simple ingredients.

Time to Celebrate Dad!
It's time to celebrate our Dad - the first important man in our lives. Since not every Dad is cut out of the same cloth, here are ideas to get you started thinking about how to celebrate your own unique Dad.
