| | Time for another installment of the "love it or hate it" series. It's the same recipe, but some people absolutely love it, and some hate it. I suppose we all have different taste buds. Try a few of these controversial recipes, and see which side of the fence you fall on. | | Too spicy or add more? One reviewer couldn't believe the spices in this recipe and wrote: "My paneer came out way too overspiced, to the point where I couldn't even eat it," while another reviewer added extra salt, ginger and turmeric. Hmm, I suppose it's all a matter of personal taste. I love this recipe just as it is, but I'm sure it's fantastic with extra spices, too. | Best or worst brownies ever? Sigh. You just can't please everyone, can you? Thirteen (yes, 13!) people rated this brownie recipe five out of five stars, leaving comments such as "I think these brownies were the BEST brownies i have ever made in my life!!" while one person (yes, just one!) gave it the lowest rating possible and wrote, "Worst brownies I've ever made." I wonder what went wrong? What's your experience? | Scrumptious or boring? If you've been following my newsletters and blog for a while, you know that I prefer somewhat nutritious, fairly simple recipes to prepare on a regular basis, and I save the fancy gourmet stuff for special occasions. For that reason, this recipe gets a five out of five for me - it's simple, healthy and good for those on a budget. One review called it "easy and delightful...scrumptious" while another called it "bland and boring". So, what do you think?
