Sweet and Sour Tofu
Dry frying tofu makes it better able to absorb the flavors of the sweet and sour sauce made with pineapple juice and brown sugar.

Bang Bang Turkey
This recipe takes the spicy sauce for Szechuan Bang Bang Chicken and uses it in a turkey stir-fry. Feel free to vary the vegetables according to your preference - you should have 3 - 4 cups in total. Boneless, skinless turkey breast can be used in place of turkey breast cutlet - one reader has also used ground turkey with good results. Serves 4.

Pork Stuffed Fuzzy Melon
Resembling a zucchini covered with fuzz, fuzzy melon is low in calories and a good source of Vitamin C. This HeartSmart recipe contains a nutritional breakdown. Cucumbers can replace the fuzzy melon.

Broccoli Chicken
This recipe uses a simple technique called "velveting" to give chicken breasts a smooth velvety texture and prevent them from overcooking. To finish the dish, the velveted chicken is combined with broccoli in a savory, oyster-flavored sauce.
