We discussed the current state of 3D, the future of 3D, and his company's role in bringing 3D content to consumers. For all the details, check out my article: The State of 3D: Interview with Dr. Barry Sandrew, Founder and COO of Legend3D | Yamaha BD-S667 Blu-ray Disc Player - Product Review The Yamaha BD-S667 Blu-ray Disc player features 1080p/60 or 1080p/24 playback for Blu-ray Discs, provides bitstream output for both Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD via its HDMI 1.3a output, and is compatible with DVDs and CDs. The BD-S667 upscales standard DVDs to 1080p via the HDMI output. The BD-S667 also offers internet connectivity via Ethernet which enables access to BD Live and Netflix streaming content, as well as downloadable firmware updates when needed. An added bonus is that the BD-S667 is also able to access audio/video/still image content from connected flash drives, iPod, network connected PC, or media server.
