| A Traditional Easter Dinner
Yesterday I asked you to share what your traditional Easter dinner main dish was - lamb or ham? I'm curious to watch the responses as you vote in the poll. When I was growing up, leg of lamb would always be at the center of our Easter dinner. It was a tradition you could count on, along with the first course of ravioli, and baked artichokes on the side. In my husband's family, however, their Easter dinner was always baked ham. So after we got married, we needed to compromise by serving leg of lamb some years and baked ham in other years. But to me, Easter dinner will still always be about the leg of lamb. How about you? When you think of Easter dinner, which main course pops to your mind first?
