Grilled (or Broiled) Lemon Chicken
Sure, citrus fruits are available all year, but their bright color and clean flavor makes them especially appropriate for Spring. In this recipe, chicken breasts are marinated in a flavorful mixture that includes lemon juice, soy sauce and fresh cilantro and parsley before being grilled.

Chicken With Snow Peas
Sweet, crunchy snow peas are one of the earliest spring vegetables. Here, the bright color and texture of snow peas pairs nicely with chicken.
