Pasta Salads
Pasta Salads are one of the standbys I fall back on when it gets really hot: you can prepare them the day before, in the evening when temperatures have fallen off and the kitchen doesn't warm as much, and... most improve if allowed to sit for a while! Perfect for lunch the next day.
