Szechuan Green Beans
Got fresh green beans? You can use long beans, haricots verts, green beans or runner beans to make this popular Chinese restaurant dish. Feel free to substitute dried red chilis if desired. Need extra help? Here are step-by-step photo instructions to make Szechuan Green Beans.

Luscious Lychee Granita
Nothing beats ices when the weather gets hot. This refreshing semi-frozen dessert uses canned lychees, available at Asian markets and many local supermarkets.

Marinated Tofu With Vegetables
Tofu is cooked to remove excess moisture so it soaks up the flavors of the marinade, then stir-fried with as assortment of vegetables.

Dan Dan Noodles
Sweet, sour and nutty flavors highlight this popular restaurant dish that comes from Szechuan province. Its name comes from the shoulder poles that noodle sellers used to carry all their goods, including their stoves, noodles and the secret sauce.
