From Chelsie Kenyon, your Guide to Mexican Food
After I received a few nice e-mails from some of my wonderful readers, I found that unfortunately my un-edited Newsletter went out this morning due to a glitch. So here is the new-and-improved NON-Labor day version. Thanks for being such great readers!

Pickled Carrots
These spicy pickled carrots are not exactly a side dish, they are very strongly flavored so they are usually eaten in small amounts along with the main dish. Spicy pickled carrots add a wonderful zing of flavor to any meal.

Paletas de Mango- Mango Popsicles
Paletas, Mexican popsicles, are a deliciously refreshing treat on a hot summer day. They are lightly sweetened and made with fresh fruit which makes them a healthier alternative to popsicles with artificial colors, flavors and sweeteners.

Agua Fresca- Mexican Fruit Drink
Sweet and fruity, this drink is perfect for year-round refreshment.
