We provide, and serve, potluck luncheons in our church hall after all funerals. Here are some of the desserts I've brought. Easy Cobbler a.k.a. Dump Cake I like this recipe because it can be baked and served in a large aluminum pan. I prefer to bring desserts that I can just leave at the church and not worry about getting my pan back. Hazelnut Bundt Cake I like making this cake because it's pretty. Also, like all other Bundt Cakes, it slices perfectly. Flavored Brownies Take that boring brownie mix and make it something really special with these other ingredients. Sunflower Bar Cookies I like these Sunflower Bar Cookies, because they are loaded with fiber. I can't think of a Bar Cookie that wouldn't take for the funeral luncheon.
