Stir-fry Chinese Yardlong Beans
In an interview in a Huffington Post on Monday, Sally Camacho, a top chef at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant, said these are one of the vegetables currently in her refrigerator (he also mentioned ginger and baby bok choy). Here is a great way to use this Chinese vegetable that is currently in season.

Sweet Corn Soup
This version of the recipe pairs corn niblets with canned creamed corn.

Lovely Lemon Chicken
A lovely end of summer recipe - a tasty marinade lends flavor to broiled chicken.

Easy Fruit Salad
This is one of my favorites when I'm looking for something quick and easy to put together. It's a very healthy fruit salad to serve the family - beside mango and raspberries, both rich in anti-oxidants, it includes grapes, which are a good source of flavonoids that are believed to help prevent heart disease, and potassium-rich bananas.
