The service will be perfect. The presentation flawless and the entire experience will have you rejoicing at the idea of returning. Wazuzu at Encore: The Balance of Spicy, Salty, Sour and Swee I'll talk until I'm out of breath when I discuss the perfect combination of spicy, salty, sour and sweet that you find at Wazuzu. My go to dishes are simple and I crave them the minute I step onto the Las Vegas strip: The Tom Kha Gai Soup, The Roti Panang and the Drunken Noodles.
