As garlic chives have a strong flavor, eggs are often cooked with them to soften the flavor. The combination of these two ingredients makes delicious dishes.

Garlic Chive Soup
It's a simple soup made with nira garlic chives. Nira soup with egg can be seasoned with miso, and it's one of my favorite miso soups for breakfast. I usually cook this soy sauce based nira soup for dinner.
