China's Take on Sushi - Bean Curd Rolls
Japan's signature dish, sushi consists of sweet seasoned rice wrapped in dried seaweed. Designed to appeal to western tastes, California Rolls reverse the process, wrapping the seaweed in the rice. Chinese Bean Curd Rolls take things one step further, replacing the rice with seasoned bean curd sheets (available at Asian/Chinese markets).

Tomato Egg Drop Soup
This recipe is the same as my basic Egg Drop Soup recipe, except that I have added two tomatoes cut into 6 equal pieces, and sugar to balance the tomato taste. I've included a few suggestions for variations.

Ginger Garlic Peppered Beef
Ginger, garlic and sesame oil - three key ingredients in Chinese cooking - are combined with teriyaki sauce and keylime juice in this tasty fusion recipe.
