It's finally warming up in California, so I'm dreaming of interesting beach towns along Mediterranean shores, not too big and clogged with tourists like Barcelona, but smaller and more manageable, but with sea, sun, tapas, and maybe a Roman Amphitheater. Tarragona fits the bill.
