Would You Order Shark's Fin Soup?
This popular Chinese banquet dish has taken a lot of heat from the public and conservation groups in recent years, particularly since the release of the film Sharkwater. What do you think? Would you order a bowl of Shark's Fin Soup? Share Your Thoughts!

Note: I've included a link to an excellent recipe for Shark's Fin Soup, published in 1982 in the New York Times.

Beef With Snow Peas Stir-fry
A quick and easy dish featuring the sweet flavor and crunchy texture of mangetout, otherwise known as snowpeas. (Snowpeas are an excellent source of vitamin A and Vitamin C).

Pork With Bitter Melon (Foo gwa chow gee yuk)
This bitter melon recipe pairs two strong flavors - Chinese black beans and bitter melon, a vegetable with a strong chalky flavor.

Avocado Spring Rolls - Video
Avocados really come into their own during the summer months. In this creative recipe, egg rolls are filled with avocado, cilantro and red onion. The recipe includes a simple yet flavorful hoisin and lime dipping sauce. A great idea if you're looking for a different appetizer to serve on the weekend.
