Sicilian Baroque architecture is rather charming, especially in the fall, when the colors come alive and the the low angle of the sun emphasizes the contours of the buildings. Sicily is a great place to visit in the fall--the weather is still pleasant enough most days so you can still cave in to those gelato cravings.
