Hello everyone! Do you know what zosui is?

Tori Zosui
Zosui is Japanese rice soup, and there is a wide variety of zosui. Steamed rice is simmered in dashi soup with various ingredients, such as vegetables, meat, or seafood. Make this comfort food for a cold day. Tori zosui uses chicken, and it's the most common kind.

Tofu Dengaku
Grilled tofu with sweet miso sauce is called tofu dengaku. It's usually skewered on bamboo sticks and is a popular item in Izakaya (Japanese-style restaurants). I like the sweet miso sauce which can be used on grilled eggplants, or many other dishes.
