Perhaps one of the easiest ways to get more nutrients into your diet without much effort is to eat more fresh greens. Try out spinach, kale, collard greens, mustard greens and baby bok choy to find out which one you like best. I like spinach, but my colleague Jennifer is a big kale fan.

Fresh spinach salad ideas
Fresh, raw, uncooked greens are best. Try any of these spinach salad ideas, or try just adding a handful of baby spinach into your ordinary salad mix.

  • Crazy about kale?
