Cheesy Twice-baked Potatoes with Veggie Bacon
Classic twice-baked potatoes stuffed with a cheesy potato mixture and topped off with vegetarian bacon. If you're a fan of twice baked potatoes, you might also want to try this gourmet version with new potatoes flavored with horseradish and cashew cream.

Veggie Bean Wraps
Veggie wrapped sandwiches with baked beans, cheese, and bell peppers. These sandwiches, wrapped in a flour tortilla, can be served as a hearty sandwich, or, sliced into rounds and served as appetizers as pictured.

Tofu in Steak Sauce
Add a familiar taste to your tofu by smothering them in steak sauce. Once you've whipped up this easy tofu dish, you can eat it as is (go ahead, it's fantastic!) or use it to make tofu steak sandwiches.

Ten-Minute Tempeh Tacos
Use tempeh instead of meat as a filler for vegetarian tacos, and top with your favorite vegetarian taco fillings, such as salsa, fresh lettuce, cheese or sour cream.
