From Setsuko Yoshizuka, your Guide to Japanese Food
Hi everyone! Do you crave for spicy food? Curry dishese are popular during the summer.

Japanese Dry Curry
Japanese dry curry is similar to keema curry and contains less liquid than regular Japanese curry. It's usually served on steamed rice, and onsen tamago is a popular topping. I like adding many vegetables in dry curry and make mild flavored curry. If you like spicy curry, adjust the amount of curry powder to your preference.
