 | My new Mac Pro showed up on Monday, a full day ahead of the scheduled delivery. That was great news, as it gave me time to configure the Mac Pro and do some testing in time for this newsletter. A full review will be available soon, but in the meantime, I ran a quick set of benchmarks to whet your appetite. Of course, you don't need to buy a new Mac just to gain a bit of performance. In many cases, all you need to do is perform some basic maintenance and your favorite applications will be back to their old selves, running in tip-top shape. Mac Pro 2010 Initial Benchmarks
