The Best of the 2011 CEDIA EXPO
The annual CEDIA EXPO once again featured a look at new and upcoming home theater and home automation products, as well also providing training and certification for home theater installers and related professionals, via classes and seminars, during its four day run at the Indiana Convention Convention Center. NETGEAR Releases High Performance WNDR4500 WiFi Router
NETGEAR hass announced that they are releasing the WNDR4500 high performance Dual Band Gigabit Router. In an effort to have a more media friendly home network, this router has speeds that can stream high definition video to more than one TV at the same time. For more details, read our report.

NETGEAR Announces NTV200 Media Player
NETGEAR has announced its release of the NTV200 network media player. The NTV200 is actually an internet media streamer similar to a Roku box, and does not directly stream media from media servers and computers on your home network. For more details, read an overview of the NETGEAR NTV200.

PlayOn Officially Launches PlayLater Online DVR-Type Service
In a previous article, we reported that internet streaming service, PlayOn, was testing a new addition to its offerings that would allow subscribers to record online streaming video content for later viewing. Now, after several months of beta testing, PlayOn is making its PlayLater DVR software available to consumers. While PlayOn is a subscription service, they are currently offering a 14-day free trial.
