Easy Beef Brisket with Vegetables Recipe

For ease of use and fast clean-up, you can't beat a cooking bag. It also works to tenderize tougher cuts of meat with a shorter cooking time, such as this beef brisket with vegetables. The resulting gravy is wonderful and the flavors infuse into the vegetables. However, you can skip the vegetables (but please do use the onions and garlic) and serve with your favorite mashed potatoes.
