Need to get rid of those unwanted holiday pounds? Want to explore a new and improved diet plan? Do I sound like a commercial? Well, I'm sorry, but I don't have an old or a new plan that works any better than any other plan. I'll give you one tip though. It's got to be much easier for anyone to control their weight if they aren't in the food business.

I hope you enjoy my one and only newsletter devoted to dieting and desserts.

Top Ten Common Sense Dieting Tips
Here are ten suggestions for taking a common sense approach to dieting. Yes, you can diet and eat your dessert, too.

Superfoods - Super Foods
Get the biggest "bang for your buck" meaning "bang" for your dessert calories. Choose recipes that make nutrient dense desserts such as those made with super foods or ingredients. This way you still get to eat a treat, but it's got ingredients in it that are good for you. This week's recipe is chocked-full of nutrients. Plus, it could be adapted for lower sugar and fat calories.

Easiest Diet Desserts Ever
Being a life-long dieter, like many of you I'm sure, the easiest and probably lowest calorie desserts are made with gelatins like JELL-O. They have all kinds of flavors in the sugar-free versions, which are naturally fat-free. My favorite way to jazz-up plain gelatin is to make it with a diet soda.

Low Carb Chocolate Mousse
All you need is whipping cream, artificial sweetener and cocoa powder to make this recipe for Low Carb Chocolate Mousse.
