Japanese Ika Natto
Ika natto is made with thin strips of raw squid and natto. Ingredients are simply seasoned with soy sauce and a little bit of wasabi. Daikon and Tuna Spaghetti
The combination of daikon radish and tuna with spaghetti may seem a bit odd, but they go well together. It makes a quick Japanese style pasta dish. Grated daikon (daikon oroshi) adds a refreshing flavor. When you want a light lunch, it's a good meal to make.
