Nyumen
Do you like Somen noodles? They are commonly served cold during the summer months, but somen can be served in hot soup like udon noodles. It's called nyumen and is a simple comforting dish. I like eating nyumen for a quick meal and usually sprinkle chopped green onion on top. How about making hot somen dish with your favorite toppings for chilly days?
