Gluten-free Shrimp With Lobster Sauce
Cooking gluten-free for kids can be difficult. With a few changes, author Kim Moritsugu turns my recipe for Shrimp With Lobster Sauce into a gluten-free dish that her son loved!

Bang Bang Turkey
Want to enjoy turkey for Thanksgiving, but don't feel up to cooking a whole bird? Bang Bang Turkey takes the spicy sauce in Szechuan Bang Bang Chicken and uses it in a turkey stir-fry. The recipe calls for turkey breast cutlets (also simply called turkey cutlets), but you can substitute regular turkey breast.

Peking Duck
Here's another idea for Thanksgiving if you're not a fan of turkey. Beijing's most famous dish, Peking Duck consists of duck that is repeatedly coated in a honey/vinegar mixture before roasting.

Oriental Pate
In this flavorful fusion recipe classic pate is combined with Chinese seasonings. It's a great idea if you're looking for something different but not too far outside the mainstream to serve guests. A reader notes that it goes very nicely with Peking Duck.
