Best of Europe

From James Martin, your Guide to Europe Travel

European Cultural Differences
There are many cultural differences between Americans and Europeans. Some are merely semantic: for a quick coffee, we go to cafes, while Italians go to bars. When we want a belt of something stronger, we go to bars and Italians...go to bars. If you're planning your first trip to Europe, you might want to check out what's different, expecially if you expect 64 ounce beverages and free refills.

Consider a Houseboat Vacation
Ply the newish waters of Portugal's largest reservoir in a Houseboat, stopping to hike, bike, ride horses, or just tie up and enjoy the views. Sounds good to me.

Florence for Foodies
Take a trip around Florence's famed San Lorenzo market.
