Quick and Easy Shrimp Fried Rice
Kenneth gives this recipe for Shrimp Fried Rice 5 out of 5 stars and writes: "It tastes much better than the shrimp fried rice I used to buy at the Chinese restaurant. I use a cast iron wok, and a rice cooker to prepare the rice. It takes less than 30 minutes to prepare this meal and the taste is fantastic." Thanks!

Beef With Onions
Beef is paired with red onions and flavored with Chinese seasonings such as Asian sesame oil and dark soy sauce in this easy stir-fry.

Vegetable Spring Rolls
The first spring rolls featured fresh vegetables from the harvest; meat was added later. To transform this into a truly vegetarian appetizer, use vegetarian oyster sauce, made with mushrooms.

Stir-fried Tofu With Mushrooms
The indescribable flavor of umami comes through quite strongly in this recipe which calls for dried mushrooms.
