I'm heading down to Orlando this week for the HPBA Expo where Barbecue insiders get together to showoff their new products and talk about the outdoor cooking industry. Look for reports throughout the weekend on what I find.

Grilling Corned Beef
While it might not be as traditional as you thought, corned beef is a great grill whether it's St. Patrick's Day or not. Soak it first to get the salt from the meat. Season with a traditional blend of spices. Grill over a low heat for a couple of hours. Baste with a salt free mixture to keep it moist and then eat.
