From Jolinda Hackett, your Guide to Vegetarian Food
Let's band together to prove all the skeptics wrong! Study after study has confirmed the nearly endless health benefits of going vegetarian, but a word of mouth endorsement from a friend always seems to be best! So many people have written in to tell me how they've lost weight, cured ulcers, arthritis, or lowered their cholesterol by eliminating animal fats. What about you? Share your success story and read those from others!

Has your health improved on a vegetarian diet?
Plenty of people who enjoy the taste of meat and don't give a hoot about animals or the environment are realizing that another reason to go vegetarian is out of pure selfish self-interest and self-preservation. In other words, for a longer, healthier, and happier life! To convince the skeptics out there, please share how your health has improved on a vegetarian or vegan diet.

Does the Engine 2 Diet really work?
Changing your diet can change your life! These folks successfully lowered their cholesterol and lost some unwanted pounds on the cholesterol-free plant-based Engine 2 Diet. Check out these amazing before and after photos to see just how much they improved their health by changing their diet.

Low-fat and low-cal sweets
I'm not one for controlling my sweet tooth much, so rather than control it, I usually try to indulge with just a small amount, or, with a healthy version of whatever it is I'm craving. Here's a few of my favorite healthy dessert recipes, including low-cal and low-fat vegan desserts.
