Roller Coasters

From Arthur Levine, your Guide to Theme Parks
I love roller coasters and theme park rides. But I love great food as well. They needn't be mutually exclusive. When I ask friends who have returned from Walt Disney World where they ate, I'm often amazed when they look at me blank-eyed and say that they chowed down on nondescript fast food. There are some dining treasures at the vast Florida resort and giving at least one of the table service restaurants a try can help make a Disney World vacation that much more memorable. But which one (or two or three) should you try? May I suggest that you try one of the top 10 best Walt Disney World restaurants?

In other Disney-related news, make sure you try the personalized Muppet experience detailed in Theme Park News below.

What's for Dinner, Mickey? Disney World's Best Restaurants
There are so many great places to eat, it's difficult to determine which restaurants are the best at Walt Disney World. That's why I turned to 10 of the most popular and respected travel journalists covering the Florida theme park mecca, including some of my About.com colleagues, for some help. I asked them to provide their favorite Disney dining spots, threw their choices into a Cuisinart, poured them threw a colander, ranked the results, and developed a list of The Top 10 Best Walt Disney World Restaurants. Now, the next time you head to Disney World, you'll know where to chow down.

Surfing Coming to New Mexico
Surfing isn't something typically associated with New Mexico, but starting March 12, folks will be able to surf in the Land of Enchantment. That's the day that the Radisson Water Park Albuquerque opens. The weatherproof indoor water park, which is fairly small by indoor water park standards, nonetheless has a decent assortment of watery rides. On the park's signature FlowRider attraction, guests will be able to tackle never-ending waves either on body boards or standing up on modified surfboards. New Fantasyland Forest Attractions Coming to Magic Kingdom
A major expansion at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom will more than double the size of Fantasyland. Learn about the many interactive attractions on their way, including ones based on The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Cinderella.
