How to Use Donabe
Do you use donabe for cooking? Donabe are clay pots which are often used for making Japanese one-pot dishes (nabe). It's handy to have a donabe if you want to cook Japanese food. To keep a donabe in good condition for a long time, it's good to remember some basic tips.
Tips for Using Donabe

Harumaki
It's easy to make harumaki (spring rolls), and you can even use leftover stir-fries for the filling. Try making harumaki with various ingredients. I often put harumaki in my bento.

Japanese Recipe of the Week: Buri-no-Teriyaki
Buri are adult yellowtail, and young yellowtail are called hamachi in Japanese. You might like hamachi sushi. Popular Japanese buri dishes are buri daikon and buri-no-teriyaki. Buri are in season in winter, so I often cook these buri dishes at home.
