Top 10 Accessories for the Grill
You don't need much to be a great griller, but there are a few things that make grilling easier and more successful. There are also a few things you need to take care of your grill. Remember no matter how much you spent a dirt, uncovered grill won't last. These suggestions are intended to help you put together a few of the basics that work, work well and make you a better griller. Remember that these are just suggestions. To be a great cook you need to find accessories that work best for you.

New Review: Team Grill Tailgate Series
Team Grill was created for sports fans and this is their tailgating model, the gas grill you would actually take to the stadium to show your support. This 55 pound grill is actually pretty portable thanks to the collapsible design that lets you pull it like a dolly. This is virtually a full sized 2-burner grill that you can take on the road and set up quickly and easily. The real "feature" of this grill, like all Team Grills, is the paint job. Yes, you can show your team spirit (for $400 for this grill), but you are paying a lot for that paint job and some for the grill.

New Recipe: Cajun Grilled Salmon Recipe
This Cajun Grilled Salmon Recipe gives one of our favorite fish a bit of heat and a lot of flavor. This is a great grilled salmon all by itself or as fish tacos or pretty much anything you want to put a great Cajun salmon into.

New Review: Nexgrill 4-Burner with Side and Rear Burner Mode
This is a $220USD gas grill loaded with features for a very low price. Unfortunately that is the issue with this grill. Add together the 4 main burners, cast iron cooking grates, side burners and rotisserie burner (you have to spend extra to get the rotisserie kit). Nexgrill has produced similar grills to this one, but usually at a higher price. This grill saves money by using thin materials and poor quality construction. Of course for a little over $200 this is a grill that many won't have trouble throwing out in a year or two, I doubt you will get more than three years of service out of this grill.
