Let me start with, no you can't use that pumpkin that's been sitting on your porch since before Halloween to make these treats. Speaking of moist, this Pumpkin Roll Cake is very moist. Not only is the cake moist, but when you "roll-in" a cream cheese frosting, yum-my!
| Pumpkin Dump Cake
Just like the same says, you dump the ingredients into your pan and bake it. You could almost think of this Pumpkin Dump Cake as a Pumpkin Cobbler with the soft filling and crust topping.

I don't know why we just don't make pumpkin pancakes anytime of year. We could as canned pumpkin is carried in the grocery store all year long.
