From Robert Silva, your Guide to Home Theater
Welcome to the weekend edition of my Home Theater Newsletter! I am here at CES all week and seeing some great stuff - Cbeck out my report on Toshiba's prototype no-glasses 3D TV - plus more great news from CES 2011.

Toshiba No Glasses 3D-TV Demonstrated at CES 2011
I never thought they could pull this off, but Toshiba actually demonstrated a prototype glasses-free 3D TV at an invitation-only event here at CES 2011. What makes this TV very interesting is that it sports 4K resolution (four times more than 1080p)for 2D images, and full 1080p for each eye in 3D mode. However, the viewing angle is limited for 3D viewing. For more details on what I saw, including a video clip of the set in action, and when it might become available, check out my guest appearance on the AV Rant Podcast.
