From Linda Garrison, your Guide to Cruises
The Celebrity Solstice was the first of five ships in its class, and she is a marvelous large cruise ship, filled with fascinating common areas and delicious restaurants. I sailed for a week in the western Caribbean on the Celebrity Solstice in November and loved the ship's atmosphere and excellent service.

Celebrity Solstice Dining Options
Although I had sailed for a couple of days on the Celebrity Solstice at her inaugural, spending a week on the ship gave me a chance to try most of the dining options. I toured many of world's cuisines on the ship, sampling Asian, Continental, and Italian specialties (to name a few).

Celebrity Solstice Western Caribbean Cruise Travel Log
The western Caribbean ports of Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Roatan provide diverse opportunities for exploring both land and sea. The Celebrity Solstice itinerary also featured two seas days, adding to the fun.

Celebrity Solstice Lounges and Bars
For research purposes only, my friend and I spent a lot of time in the Celebrity Solstice bars. We especially liked the views from the Sky Lounge and the Sunset Bar and the bartenders' show at the Martini Bar. (The drinks were good, too!)
