From Rhonda Parkinson, your Guide to Chinese Food

Tomato Egg Drop Soup
This recipe is the same as for basic Egg Drop Soup, except that I have added two tomatoes cut into 6 equal pieces, and sugar to balance the tomato taste. Tomato pairs nicely with turkey; this would make an interesting first course for Thanksgiving dinner.

Speedy Beef Curry With Peas
Marinated strips of beef are stir-fried with vegetables in curry powder and finished with a sauce. Low Carb Beef Curry With Snowpeas

Sweet Red Bean Soup
This is the sweet dessert soup that is made with azuki (adzuki) beans, available at Asian markets. Sweet Red Bean Paste - as long as you have azuki beans, why not try making your own red bean paste to use in recipes such as Sesame Seed Balls?

Healthy Appetizers - Steamed Beef Balls
Fresh watercress absorbs the flavor of the seasoned beef balls during steaming in this recipe from Evelyn Chau. Feel free to use a sugar substitute such as Splenda, and to substitute arugula if watercress is unavailable.
