From Jolinda Hackett, your Guide to Vegetarian Food
Even though I love carbs, I'm not really a person who loves bread. Having been raised on Mexican food, however, I love using flour tortillas to make wrap sandwiches. Shop for whole wheat tortillas, flat bread, or even pita bread to make these fantastic vegan wraps. Or, try a crunchy lettuce leaf, or even spring roll wrappers, if you want even less carbs in your veggie wrap. Don't forget to stop by the forums to see what we've been chatting about!

Breakfast wraps
Start with a flour tortilla and a layer of peanut butter and go from there. Try a crunchy granola wrap that the kids can munch in the back seat on the way to school, or try this fruity breakfast wrap with raisins. Got leftover ? Wrap it up and call it a breakfast burrito (pictured)!

Vegetarian lunch wraps
Layer vegan cheese, sauce and vegetarian pepperoni slices for a pizza-inspired wrap (pictured) or try this slightly more elegant cream cheese wrap, filled with sprouts, avocado and veggies. Like hummus? Try a healthy hummus sandwich wrap

Lettuce wraps
For a super-healthy raw food lettuce wrap perfect for a light lunch, fill up a lettuce leaf with a creamy mixture of veggies, avocado and fresh herbs in these raw food wraps (pictured). For something a bit more filling, try these black bean and cheese lettuce wraps.

Yet even more wraps...
Loving all these fab wrap ideas? Here's a couple more guaranteed to fill you up. Try this Greek veggie and feta wrap or, for a high-protein vegan idea, try these kicked-up black bean and salsa wraps.
