From Chelsie Kenyon, your Guide to Mexican Food
It's finally Friday, and what better way to enjoy the last few weeks of summer than with a refreshing beverage in hand. Whether it's a backyard barbecue, a relaxing evening by the pool or an all out party, the three recipes below will be a perfect addition. Check out each recipe to make sure you have the ingredients for an evening of fun.

Mexican Beer Cocktail
This beverage is refreshing and different! A classic in Mexico, it involves a premium Mexican beer "seasoned" with some savory ingredients. Serve ice-cold and enjoy.

La Paloma
This is serious refreshment in a glass. Grapefruit flavored soda is the backdrop for this bubbly drink. Add a wedge of lime and a little umbrella to the glass for a tropical presentation. This recipe is new to the site, so please make sure to drop by and review if you make it.

Lime Margaritas
This is one favorite recipe that everyone loves. It fits right in at any party, and it is perfect for pool-side lounging as well. Cheers!

Sangrita
Nope, this is not that fruity wine drink... it's a tomato-based drink that you sip alongside your glass of premium tequila. Take a look.
