Aperion Intimus 4T Summit Wireless 5.1 Speaker System
There are an increasing number of wireless speakers and speakers systems showing up in the marketplace, and although they may satisfy the need for outdoor, portable, or to eliminate wires to surround speakers in a modest home theater setup, not much is available for full home theater application. However, after several years of development and trade show demonstrations, Aperion Audio and Summit Wireless have teamed up on both a 5.1 and 7.1 channel wireless speaker system that is definitely worth considering for a home theater environment. Yamaha Announces 2011 Aventage Series Receivers
Yamaha has just started listing the newest entries in their Aventage Home Theater Receiver line. The new models are the: RX-A710, RX-A810, RX-A1010, RX-A2010, and RX-A3010. All five receivers are compatible with 3D Blu-ray and 3D Cable/Satellite formats, are Bluetooth and iPod/iPhone compatible (via optional docking stations), feature HDMI switching and upscaling, with all receivers providing 8 HDMI inputs and two outputs, except for the RX-A710.
