Beaches Resorts News: Martha Stewart Crafts, Big Bird
Beaches is the upscale family brand of the Sandals chain of all-inclusives, with "Luxury Included" resorts in Jamaica and Turks & Caicos. Features include nurseries, extensive kids programs, teen programs such as Scratch DJ Academy, waterparks, Sesame Street characters, butler service... Even "Beaches Weddings by Martha Stewart™". New this summer: a new Martha Stewart Crafts Studio™; and Big Bird is joining the Sesame Street gang at two resorts.
| Cruise Ships Environmental Report Card
For the second year, cruise lines have been graded by an environmental group, and the picture's not much prettier this time around. Disney Cruise Lines at least gets props for "most improved", but a couple of major cruise lines went down a notch.
