When I first started writing about spas about ten years ago, there was a clear demarcation between different types of spas. And while it's important for true spa connoisseurs to understand the differences, they're definitely getting blurrier, as I learned at Mirbeau Spa, a classic inn spa in upstate New York that gave me a great "destination spa" experience.
