Udon noodles served in thick soup are generally called ankake udon. It's a comforting food to have when we have a cold too.

Kurumi-ae are traditional Japanese dishes in which ingredients are dressed with walnut sauce. This recipe uses boiled spinach. Kurumi-ae can be served in small individual dishes.

Gomaae with Spinach Recipe
Gomaae are dishes seasoned with sesame sauce. The most common ingredient is spinach. It's called horenso no gomaae.
