I Scream, You Scream, We all Scream for Ice Cream! Although, it was actually gelato that got me through the miles and miles of walking I did while I was on vacation in Italy. Here are some of the recipes I made when I got back. | |
Fresh Peach Ice Cream

| Coconut Strawberry Ice Cream
I love the nuttiness of the coconut and the sweet/tart flavor of the strawberries in this ice cream.
| Pistachio Gelato
My husband and I both ate Pistachio Gelato in Italy. One time we had it was with the nuts. The next time it was without the nuts. You'd think there wouldn't be much pistachio flavor without the nuts, but there was.
